Challenge:
Create compelling, high-impact social content for PROJECT New York—a smaller, more budget-conscious event—while keeping audiences engaged and building excitement for future shows.

Approach:
With limited resources, I partnered with a well-connected local photographer to maximize value and tap into New York’s fashion network. Together, we mapped out a detailed shot list before the show, then walked the floor to capture brand booths, panels, and key attendees. Post-show, I developed a six-month content calendar that repurposed these assets to maintain audience engagement, tease upcoming lineups, and increase anticipation for the next season.

Outcome:
Despite the smaller scale, our strategic content rollout resulted in a 25% increase in Instagram engagement over the following season and a 15% boost in pre-registration for the next PROJECT New York event.
