PROJECT New York had a smaller scale and budget compared to our other shows, but I always made sure to maximize our time and resources. For these events, I would collaborate with a local photographer who was already well-connected within the fashion scene. Pre-show, we'd go over a detailed shot list of everything that needed to be covered. Then, we’d walk the show floor together to ensure we were capturing all the right moments. After the event, I’d schedule the photographer's photos strategically over the next six months, using them to build momentum and promote the upcoming show.
