Challenge:
Produce compelling video content at PROJECT Las Vegas that captured the event’s energy and key moments, both to drive real-time engagement and to serve as promotional material to attract future attendees and exhibitors.

Approach:
Before the show, I developed a comprehensive video strategy centered around showcasing brand activations, educational panels, live performances, and the overall event atmosphere. I worked closely with the production team to storyboard key videos and define our creative direction. On site, I led the video production efforts, directing the team, overseeing shoots, and ensuring we balanced curated content with spontaneous, candid moments.

Outcome:
The final video series drove strong engagement across social platforms and became an essential part of our post-show marketing toolkit. Several videos were repurposed to promote upcoming seasons of PROJECT, helping to boost exhibitor interest and increase early registration among returning and new attendees.
