For video coverage at PROJECT Las Vegas, pre-show I would plan out exactly what videos we’d shoot to capture the essence of the event and highlight key moments. My goal was always to create content that would not only engage attendees but also attract new brands and attendees for the following show. This involved working closely with the production team to outline video concepts that would showcase the brands, education panels, and performances, while also emphasizing the energy and excitement of the event. Once on-site, I would oversee the filming process, ensuring we captured everything from candid interactions to curated moments, all while keeping an eye on the long-term vision for future show promotions.
