Challenge:
Produce dynamic video content for PROJECT New York without a full production team, while staying aligned with evolving social media trends to drive engagement.
Approach:
I handled both filming and editing, planning content in advance to align with trending formats and topics across Instagram and TikTok. During the event, I captured a mix of show floor moments, designer interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage. Post-event, I edited and optimized the videos to reflect the show's energy while maintaining relevance with platform trends to increase reach.
Outcome:
The self-produced content generated a 40% increase in video views compared to the previous season, and helped grow our Instagram follower count by 10% within three months of the show.
