Covering the PROJECT Las Vegas show was another production behemoth. The show took place at the massive Las Vegas Convention Center. Pre-show, I would create a comprehensive content plan, outlining everything we needed to shoot onsite to cover the event in its entirety—from attending brands and educational panels to musical performances and celebrity appearances. The schedule was packed. I’d also begin building out a production team based on the budget provided for that season. Ahead of time, I would meet with the team to go over shot lists and other expectations. Then, once on-site, we would all run around to make magic happen. While ensuring the production team was set up for success, I also handled real-time social media posting and community management to leverage the engagement we get during the show.
