Challenge:
Cover PROJECT Las Vegas in a way that showcased the full scale of the event—spanning hundreds of brands, educational panels, live music, and celebrity appearances—while keeping audiences engaged on social in real time.

Approach:
I developed a detailed content plan pre-show, outlining all key moments and brand touchpoints to capture. Based on the seasonal budget, I hired and prepped a production team, aligning everyone ahead of time through shot lists and production meetings. On-site, I directed the team while simultaneously handling real-time posting and community engagement to maximize visibility and leverage the show’s high-energy atmosphere.

Outcome:
The content campaign helped PROJECT maintain strong brand awareness during and after the show. Engagement on social increased significantly during event dates, with real-time posts leading to spikes in reach, shares, and follower growth. The work reinforced PROJECT’s position as a leader in the fashion trade space while giving our audience an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience.
