Challenge:
Maintain engagement with PROJECT’s fashion-forward audience during the slower periods between trade shows

Approach:
In collaboration with my manager, Milton, we expanded our content strategy to include international fashion week coverage. Milton attended the shows and captured runway moments, street style, and behind-the-scenes footage. He sent the content to me remotely, and I quickly edited and posted videos in near real time. We pre-planned each shoot to ensure the footage aligned with our audience’s interests and brand voice.

Outcome:
The fashion week recaps kept our community plugged into global fashion trends and maintained strong engagement during off-season gaps in the trade show calendar.
