Capturing the entire vibe of the COTERIE trade show, including the relevant brands, activations, and speakers, was a massive undertaking, but also an incredibly rewarding one. I was responsible for sourcing the production team ahead of time, briefing them on our vision, and creating shot lists and mood boards to ensure the visuals aligned with our goals. I also worked closely with the team during the event to capture marketing collateral that would support the brand until the next show. Throughout the show, I collaborated with photographers, producers, and editors, ensuring everything stayed on track, was delivered on time, and remained within budget. After the show, I scheduled all of the content according to our upcoming social media calendar, ensuring a strategic rollout of the visuals to keep the audience engaged. This hands-on approach helped us produce high-quality content that showcased the energy of the trade show and the brands we featured.
