My Role
Social Media Content Producer and On-Site Marketing Lead for COTERIE’s seasonal trade show, in collaboration with my manager, Milton Hernandez.

Challenge
Capture and translate the energy, scale, and brand diversity of the COTERIE trade show into compelling content that would serve the brand’s marketing needs between events.

Approach
Partnering with Milton, I led pre-show planning by sourcing the production team, developing shot lists, and creating mood boards to align the visual direction. During the event, I coordinated closely with photographers, videographers, producers, and editors to execute real-time content capture—ensuring quality control, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Post-show, I managed and scheduled the rollout of content across our social channels to maintain engagement leading into the next event.

Outcome
The campaign generated a 35% increase in social impressions compared to the previous show, with post-event recap content achieving a 25% higher engagement rate than the platform average. This holistic strategy kept our audience engaged and excited between seasons while positioning COTERIE as a dynamic and fashion-forward industry leader.
