At Rowing Blazers, I led the opening and management of their flagship retail store in Nolita while fostering strategic partnerships with third-party brands. These collaborations not only offset overhead expenses but also expanded the brand’s reach to aligned markets through co-branded product launches and community-driven events. I played a key role in conceptualizing product collaborations and managing the end-to-end execution of launch events, including securing sponsors, coordinating PR efforts, hiring DJs and photographers, merchandising the space, and handling post-event wrap-up.
